My Mission

My mission is to provide the foundation for developing leadership and creative thinking skills to organizations or individuals who believe as I do that success is defined by effective leadership driving innovative ideas.

My Profile

Hello, and welcome to Walker Consulting for Leadership and Creative Thinking.  My name is Charles Walker. I am an independent consultant working in the Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee area. I earned my Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 1999, and since have been working as an independent consultant. My experience in consulting includes projects in Organization Change and Development, Training and Development, Organization Effectiveness Measurement, Team Building and Teamwork, Motivation and Morale, and Selection and Retention. I would be happy to discuss projects in any of these areas with you.

My main consulting focus, however,  is on providing workshops and seminars in Leadership and Creative Thinking. The materials I have developed for these workshops and seminars are based on my own writing and research, and are, I believe, unique.
